Hey fellow WoW players! Welcome to my blog and this article about Fireweed farming. There is no need to ever buy it on AH if you follow my guide. Quite the contrary, you can even farm it to sell on Auction House and earn lots of gold this way.
If you have hard time earning gold in WoW I recommend using this in-game add-on, called Zygor Guides. It really helps you with lots of aspects in the game, including Farming, Crafting, Gathering, Auction, Leveling, Professions and much more... Though, the add-on costs some money, but is well worth the price. They also have a FREE TRIAL you may want to try.
Now back to the point.
Fireweed grows in volcanic areas and near lava pools. There are two places that are quite full of this herb.

Frostfire Ridge
Frostfire Ridge is the first one. There are lots of lava pools you may check. See the map:
Spires of Arak
The other is Spires of Arak. Just swipe the area, the herb can be all over the place.
