Hey fellow WoW players! Welcome to my blog and this article about Silverleaf farming. There is no need to ever buy it on AH if you follow my guide. Quite the contrary, you can even farm it to sell on Auction House and earn lots of gold this way.
If you have hard time earning gold in WoW I recommend using this in-game add-on, called Zygor Guides. It really helps you with lots of aspects in the game, including Farming, Crafting, Gathering, Auction, Leveling, Professions and much more... Though, the add-on costs some money, but is well worth the price. They also have a FREE TRIAL you may want to try.
Silverleaf is a low level herb, that can be found all over each starting zone (level 1-10) as well as the second zone for each race (level 10-20). Keep in mind that it mostly grows near trees. You can try there but if you need to farm a lot of this herb I recommend you to visit the places bellow.

Elwynn Forest – Alliance
If you are on the Alliance side I would recommend you to visit Elwynn Forest, the starting zone of Humans. Follow this path:
Tirisfal Glades - Horde
For farming Silverleaf I prefer Tirisfal Glades. As you can see from the map below, the nodes are concentrated mostly on the north-west of Undercity. This means you don’t need to travel much to gather lots of it. You may want to follow this path:
